W. Va. Code § 33-12B-7

Lines of authority.

  1. (a) An independent adjuster or a company adjuster may qualify for a license in one or more of the following lines of authority:

    1. (1) Property and casualty;
    2. (2) Workers’ compensation; or
    3. (3) Crop.
  2. (b) A public adjuster may only qualify for a license designating a property and casualty line of authority.
