W. Va. Code § 30-3E-13

Identification.

  1. (a) While practicing, a physician assistant shall wear a name tag that identifies him or her as a physician assistant.
  2. (b) A physician assistant shall keep his or her license and current practice notification available for inspection at his or her place of practice.
