Wash. Admin. Code § 388-818-0230 – May clients return purchased telecommunications equipment?

(1) A client may return purchased telecommunications equipment to TAS within thirty days after receiving the equipment.
(2) A client must receive a financial refund for the equipment if it was returned:
1. (a) In clean and good condition;
2. (b) In its original packaging; and
3. (c) Within the required time frame.
