Wash. Admin. Code § 388-818-0090 – Who is eligible to apply for telecommunications equipment from TAS?

(1) Washington state residents may apply to receive telecommunications equipment from TAS if they:
1. (a) Are at least school aged; and
2. (b) Are certified as having hearing loss or speech impairments.
(2) Nonprofit organizations may apply to receive telecommunications equipment, as specified under WAC 388-818-0180.
