1. (1) The laboratory may withdraw from the accreditation program by sending a letter to the department signed by the laboratory director containing the last date they will perform testing under this program.
2. (2) The laboratory will remain responsible for any storage of data acquired during regulated testing for five years from the date the testing was performed.
3. (3) The laboratory must properly dispose of any cannabis or cannabis product remaining in the laboratory.
4. (4) The department may verify compliance with these rules even after withdrawal, suspension, or revocation of accreditation.
