1. (1) Violations of WAC 16-233-211(1) are assessed under WAC 16-228-1129.
2. (2) Except for violations described in (1) of this section, violations of chapter 16-233 WAC are assessed in accordance with the penalty assignment schedule in WAC 16-228-1130 Table II.
