1. (1) The department's public records officer, located in the Olympia administrative office, will develop and maintain an agency index of the following records:

   1. (a) Department records retention schedules;
   2. (b) Final orders;
   3. (c) Declaratory orders entered after June 30, 1990;
   4. (d) Interpretative statements;
   5. (e) Policy statements; and
   6. (f) Department rule docket.
2. (2) Information on obtaining or viewing the department's index can be obtained from the public records officer at the department's headquarters office located at: Department of Agriculture, 1111 Washington Street, S.E., P.O. Box 42560, Olympia, Washington 98504-2560.
