1. (1) When consumers apply for or receive SCC program subsidies, they must:

   1. (a) Notify DCYF, within five days, of any change in providers;
   2. (b) Notify DCYF, within 10 days, when their countable income increases and the change would cause their countable income to exceed 85 percent state median income as provided in WAC 110-15-0005;
   3. (c) Notify DCYF, within 10 days, when their home address or telephone number changes; and
   4. (d) Notify their providers within 10 days of when DCYF changes their child care authorization.

2. (2) When consumers receive SCC benefits, they may notify DCYF when:

   1. (a) The number of child care hours they need changes;
   2. (b) Their household income decreases, which may lower their copayment;
   3. (c) Their household size changes, such as if family members move in or out of their home, which may lower their copayment; or
   4. (d) Their legal obligation to pay child support changes.
