Licensed or certified child care providers who accept SCC subsidies must do the following:

1. (1) Comply with all of the DCYF child care licensing or certification requirements as provided in chapters 110-300, 110-300A, 110-300B, and 110-305 WAC; and
2. (2) Comply with WAC 110-15-0034.
3. (3) Providers who care for children in states bordering Washington, must verify that they are currently complying with their state's licensing regulations, and notify DSHS within ten days of any suspension, revocation, or changes to their license.
