8 V.S.A. § 4682

Scope

(Added 1983, No. 238 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)

This chapter applies to all kinds of insurance written on risks in this State by any insurer authorized to do business in this State, except:

(1) life insurance;
(2) annuities;
(3) accident and health insurance;
(4) ocean marine insurance;
(5) reinsurance; and
(6) aircraft liability and aircraft hull insurance.
