BOARD OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS (ABOLISHED)

EDITOR'S NOTICE

Chapter 341 of the 2025 Acts of Assembly abolished the Board of Health Professions and transferred certain powers and duties to the Department of Health Professions. Regulations Governing Practitioner Self-Referral (18VAC76-50) and Regulations Governing the Criteria for Certification of Dialysis Technicians (18VAC76-60) were promulgated to replace two of the board's regulations.
