(1) The following user fees are assessed in the following parks for playing nine holes of golf:

1. (a) 15% of the green fees at Wasatch Mountain State Park;
2. (b) 15% of the green fees at Palisade State Park; and
3. (c) 15% of the green fees at Green River State Park.

(2) The fee in Subsection (1) is:

1. (a) in addition to the fee set by the board; and

2. (b) to be used at the park where the money is collected for:

   1. (i) the upgrade or development of facilities; or
   2. (ii) the purchase of golf course operation and maintenance equipment and operating supplies or materials.
