As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Abuse" means:

   1. (a) physical abuse;
   2. (b) sexual abuse;
   3. (c) any sexual offense described in Title 76, Chapter 5b, Part 2, Sexual Exploitation; or
   4. (d) human trafficking of a child for commercial sexual exploitation under Section 76-5-308.6.
2. (2) "Child protective order" means an order issued under this part after a hearing on the petition, of which the petitioner and respondent have been given notice.
3. (3) "Court" means the district court or juvenile court.
4. (4) "Ex parte child protective order" means an order issued without notice to the respondent under this part.

5. (5) "Protective order" means:

   1. (a) a child protective order; or
   2. (b) an ex parte child protective order.
6. (6) All other terms have the same meaning as defined in Section 80-1-102.
