Chapter inapplicable to incompetent persons.
Effective May 7, 2025Amended by Chapter 46, 2025 General Session
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person while adjudged to be incompetent to proceed under Chapter 15, Defendant's Competency to Proceed.
