Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-904 – Permitting the use of property for assembly advocating criminal syndicalism or sabotage.

(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-8-101, and 76-8-901 apply to this section.
(2) An actor commits permitting the use of property for assembly advocating criminal syndicalism or sabotage if the actor:
1. (a) is an owner, lessee, agent, superintendent, or individual in charge or occupation of a place, building, room, or structure; and
2. (b) knowingly permits assembly or consorting of individuals prohibited under Section 76-8-903.
(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
