As used in this part:
(1) "Client" means a person who receives or has received public assistance.
(2) "Overpayment" has the same meaning as defined in Section
35A-3-102
.
(3) "Provider" has the same meaning as defined in Section
26B-9-101
.
(4) "Public assistance" has the same meaning as defined in Section
35A-1-102
.
