Personal watercraft -- Prohibition on operation between sunset and sunrise.
Effective May 10, 2016
Amended by Chapter 303, 2016 General Session
(1) A person may not operate a personal watercraft on the waters of this state between sunset and sunrise.
(2) A violation of this section is an infraction.
