1. (1)

   1. (a) The executive director, subject to approval by the committee, shall hire a director.
   2. (b) The executive director may remove the director at the executive director's will.

2. (2) The director shall:

   1. (a) be experienced in administration and possess additional qualifications as determined by the committee and the executive director; and
   2. (b) receive compensation in accordance with Title 63A, Chapter 17, Utah State Personnel Management Act.
