1. (1) An employer shall post notices and use other appropriate means to keep employees informed of their protections and obligations under this chapter.

2. (2) An employer shall provide an employee with a copy of this chapter:

   1. (a) when the employee is hired;
   2. (b) upon a request by the employee; and
   3. (c) when the employee files a grievance under this chapter.
