Utah Code Ann. § 67-19a-201

Career Service Review Office created -- Appointment of an administrator -- Reporting -- Qualifications.

Effective May 12, 2020Amended by Chapter 373, 2020 General Session
  1. (1) There is created a Career Service Review Office.

  2. (2)

    1. (a) The governor shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the Senate, an administrator of the office.
    2. (b) The administrator shall have demonstrated an ability to administer personnel policies in performing the duties specified in this chapter.
