§ 63G-3-401

Utah Code Ann. § 63G-3-401

Office of Administrative Rules created -- Director.

Effective May 6, 2026Amended by Chapter 484, 2026 General Session

(1) There is created within the department the Office of Administrative Rules, to be administered by a director.
(2)
1. (a) The executive director shall appoint the director.
2. (b) The director shall hire, train, and supervise staff necessary for the office to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
