Utah Code Ann. § 63A-1-109 – Divisions of department -- Administration.

(1) The department shall be composed of:
1. (a) the following divisions:
  1. (i) archives and records;
  2. (ii) facilities construction and management;
  3. (iii) finance;
  4. (iv) fleet operations;
  5. (v) state purchasing and general services; and
  6. (vi) risk management; and
2. (b) the Office of Administrative Rules.
(2) Each division described in Subsection (1)(a) shall be administered and managed by a division director.
