Duties of commission relative to mines.
Effective May 6, 2026Amended by Chapter 105, 2026 General Session
The duties of the commission relative to the following shall be the same as provided for the assessment of public utilities:
- (1) the assessment of mines, mining claims, and mining property;
- (2) the statements and returns to be made; and
- (3) the equalization of the assessments described in this section.
