1. (1) "Commission" means the same as that term is defined in Section 54-2-1.
2. (2) "Electrical corporation" means the same as that term is defined in Section 54-2-1.
3. (3) "Independent system operator" means a regional transmission organization recognized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that administers electric transmission and markets.
4. (4) "Regional transmission organization" means an entity approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that coordinates, controls, or monitors electricity transmission on a regional basis.
5. (5) "Transmission provider" means the same as that term is defined in Section 54-26-101.
