1. (1) "Business day" means a day on which state offices are open for regular business.

2. (2) "Correctional facility" means:

   1. (a) a county jail;
   2. (b) a secure correctional facility as defined by Section 64-13-1; or
   3. (c) a secure care facility as defined in Section 80-1-102.
3. (3) "Secondary residence" means real property that an offender owns or has a financial interest in, or a residence where the offender stays overnight a total of 10 or more nights in a 12-month period when not staying at the offender's primary residence.
