- (1) A motorcycle carrying a passenger on a public highway, other than in a sidecar or enclosed cab, shall be equipped with footrests for the passenger.
- (2) An individual may not operate a motorcycle with handlebars above shoulder height.
- (3) A violation of this section is an infraction.
