Rules of division relating to display of registration stickers.

In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division, after notifying the commission, shall make rules for the display of an off-highway vehicle license plate and registration decal on an off-highway vehicle in accordance withSection 41-22-3.
