1. (1) The department, in cooperation with the coalition described in Section 35A-3-510, shall complete a statewide inventory of interested civic organizations, which inventory shall include for each participating civic organization:

   1. (a) a description of the services provided;
   2. (b) the geographical locations served;
   3. (c) methods of accessing services; and
   4. (d) eligibility requirements for services.
2. (2) The inventory shall be maintained, updated annually, and made available in a usable form as a resource directory for employment counselors in the department.
