1. (1) Each state political party shall:

   1. (a) designate a party officer to act as liaison with:

      1. (i) the lieutenant governor's office; and
      2. (ii) each county legislative body; and
   2. (b) no later than 5 p.m. on the first business day that is at least seven calendar days after the day on which the party makes a change in the party liaison, submit the name of the new liaison to the lieutenant governor.

2. (2) Each state political party and each county political party shall:

   1. (a) submit the name, address, and phone number of each officer to the lieutenant governor no later than 5 p.m. on the first business day that is at least seven calendar days after the officers are selected; and
   2. (b) no later than 5 p.m. on the first business day that is at least seven calendar days after the day on which the party makes a change in party officers, submit the name, address, and phone number of each new officer to the lieutenant governor.
