§ 19-6-601

Utah Code Ann. § 19-6-601

Definitions.

Effective Jul 1, 2015Amended by Chapter 451, 2015 General Session

As used in this part:

  1. (1) "Board" means the Waste Management and Radiation Control Board appointed under Title 19, Chapter 6, Hazardous Substances.
  2. (2) "Director" means the director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control.
