Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-608 – Tentative budget and data -- Public records.

(1) The tentative budget adopted by the board of trustees and all supporting schedules and data are public records.
(2) At least seven days before adopting a final budget in a public meeting, the local district shall:
1. (a) make the tentative budget available for public inspection at the local district's principal place of business during regular business hours;
2. (b) if the local district has a website, publish the tentative budget on the local district's website; and
3. (c) in accordance with Section 63A-16-601, do one of the following:
  1. (i) publish the tentative budget on the Utah Public Notice Website; or
  2. (ii) publish on the Utah Public Notice Website a link to a website on which the tentative budget is published.
