1. (1) The provisions of Chapter 79, County Land Use, Development, and Management Act, apply to this chapter.
2. (2) The definitions in Section 17-80-101 are in addition to the definitions in Section 17-79-102, except that if there is any conflict between a definition in this chapter and a definition in Chapter 79, County Land Use, Development, and Management Act, the definition in this chapter prevails in regard to the provisions of this chapter.
