§ 13-25a-111

Utah Code Ann. § 13-25a-111

Exemptions.

Effective May 1, 2024Amended by Chapter 102, 2024 General Session

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, Sections 13-25a-103 and 13-25a-108 do not apply toa person who holds and acts within the scope of a license or registration:

  1. (1) under Title 31A, Insurance Code;
  2. (2) issued by the Division of Real Estate established in Section 61-2-201; or
  3. (3) issued by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
