Utah Code Ann. § 10-8-78

Crime insurance and reports.

Effective May 7, 2025Amended by Chapter 76, 2025 General Session
  1. (1) obtain crime insurance in relation to the performance of the officers' or agents' duties; and
  2. (2) require from every officer of the city at any time a report in detail of all transactions in the officer's office or any matters connected with the officer's office.
