Within 10 days following the receipt of the audit report furnished by the independent auditor, the city auditor in cities having an auditor and the city recorder in all other cities shall:

1. (1) prepare a notice to the public that the audit of the city has been completed;
2. (2) provide the notice for the city or metro township, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 10 days; and
3. (3) make a copy of the notice described in Subsection (1) available for inspection at the office of the city auditor or recorder.
