(1) Immediately after setting the date for the election, the court shall order for publication notice of the:

1. (a) petition; and
2. (b) date the election is to be held to determine the question of dissolution.

(2) The notice described in Subsection (1) shall be published:

1. (a)

   1. (i) for at least once a week for a period of four weeks before the election in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality;
   2. (ii) if there is no newspaper of general circulation in the municipality, at least four weeks before the day of the election, by posting one notice, and at least one additional notice per 2,000 population of the municipality, in places within the municipality that are most likely to give notice to the voters in the municipality; or
   3. (iii) at least one month before the day of the election, by mailing notice to each registered voter in the municipality;
2. (b) on the Utah Public Notice Website created in Section 63F-1-701, for four weeks before the day of the election;
3. (c) in accordance with Section 45-1-101, for four weeks before the day of the election; and
4. (d) if the municipality has a website, on the municipality's website for four weeks before the day of the election.
