Definitions

  1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Sections 41-6a-518, 53-3-102, 53-3-1002, and R708-31-3.
  2. (2) In addition:

    1. (a) "act of moral turpitude" means conduct which:

      1. (i) is done knowingly contrary to justice, honesty, or good morals;
      2. (ii) has an element of falsification, fraud, or deception; or
      3. (iii) contains an element of harm or injury directed to another person or another's property;
    2. (b) "business" means a service center;
    3. (c) "client" means the named person on the ignition interlock system contract;
    4. (d) "ignition interlock system activities" means installation, inspection, monitoring, service, and removal of the system, but does not include internal system repair;
    5. (e) "removal" means the removal of a system;
    6. (f) "service center" means a physical location designated by the manufacturer, and approved by the division, where systems are installed, inspected, monitored, calibrated, maintained, and removed; and
    7. (g) "service interval" means the time between system monitoring.
