1. (1) A seed label shall include the required labeling components outlined in Section 4-16-201 including;

   1. (a) seed label components designated as "Pure Seed" or "Purity;" "Inert Matter" or "Inert;" "Other Crop Seeds," "Crop Seeds" or "Other Crop;" "Weed Seeds" or "Weeds;" and "Germination" or "Germ"; and
   2. (b) the first listing of each term is as stipulated under the Federal Seed Act, PL 76-354.
2. (2) The percentage of hard seed, if present, shall appear on the label in addition to the percentage of germination.
3. (3) The percentage of dormant seeds, if present, shall appear on the label in addition to the percentage of germination.
4. (4) A noxious weed statement is not required when none are present.
