1. "Contraband" means any material, substance, or other item not approved by the Department administration to be in the possession of inmates.
2. "Department" means the Department of Corrections.
3. "Perimeter patrols" means correctional officers assigned to observe and maintain security around the boundary of the prison.
4. "Prison" means the Utah State Correctional Facility in Salt Lake City, Utah and the Central Utah Correctional Facility in Gunnison, Utah.
