50 U.S.C. § 3309
(1) In general The Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency shall each submit to the congressional intelligence committees an annual report on advisory committees created by each such Director. Each report shall include—

Section 4(b)(3) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, referred to in par. (2), is section 4(b)(3) of Pub. L. 92–463, , 86 Stat. 770, which is set out in the Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees.
Section was formerly classified as a note under section 405 of chapter 15 of this title prior to editorial reclassification in chapter 45 of this title.
