There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to carry out sections 14131, 14132, and 14133 of this title—

1. (1) $5,500,000 for fiscal year 1996;
2. (2) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 1997;
3. (3) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 1998;
4. (4) $2,500,000 for fiscal year 1999; and
5. (5) $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2000.
