Authorization of appropriations

There are hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this chapter a sum not to exceed $500,000 for the fiscal year ending , and such sums as may be necessary thereafter: Provided, That the authority provided for in this chapter shall expire on , unless otherwise authorized by Congress.
