Section, act June 19, 1952, ch. 445, § 1, 66 Stat. 139, which authorized a $100 payment to each member of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians of Minnesota alive on , from proceeds of the sale of timber and lumber within the Red Lake Reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
