Section, act Apr. 19, 1950, ch. 92, § 5, 64 Stat. 46; Pub. L. 86–505, § 1, , 74 Stat. 199, which related to disposition of lands owned by the Navajo and Hopi Tribes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
