25 U.S.C. § 610d
Section, Pub. L. 90–534, § 5, , 82 Stat. 884, which provided that any moneys received by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community from the sale, exchange, mortgage, or granting of a security interest in tribal land could be used for tribal purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
