Section, Pub. L. 106–568, title VII, § 702, , 114 Stat. 2913, which set out Congressional findings, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
Pub. L. 106–568, title VII, § 701, , 114 Stat. 2913, provided that title VII of Pub. L. 106–568, enacting this subchapter, could be cited as the “Shawnee Tribe Status Act of 2000”.
