Section, act June 26, 1936, ch. 831, § 9, 49 Stat. 1968, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to prescribe rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter and repealed acts or parts thereof inconsistent with this subchapter, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
