Section, act June 26, 1936, ch. 831, § 5, 49 Stat. 1968; June 25, 1948, ch. 646, § 29, 62 Stat. 991, which related to amendment or revocation of charters of cooperative associations and suits by and against such associations, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
