Codification

Section, act June 26, 1936, ch. 831, § 3, 49 Stat. 1967, which provided for the organization of Indian tribes and authorized the issuance of charters of incorporation to such tribes by the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
