Section, act June 26, 1936, ch. 831, § 2, 49 Stat. 1967; Aug. 4, 1947, ch. 458, § 10, 61 Stat. 734, which granted to the Secretary of the Interior a preference right to purchase any Indian lands or interests therein, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
